I just successfully installed the NVIDIA drivers into my box. Now all the openGL games are running at incredible speeds. Thank you to all the help from this forum.

Now my next problem:
What is it do I have to do to enable dual monitors on my Geforce 4 ti 4200 card?

Here's a snippet from the readme:
This is an alpha release of nv-tv-out. It is a program to control
the TV chips on NVidia cards under Linux, in order to get tv-out with
a wide range of resolutions and sizes.

I'm not sure, but you may need to configure a seperate 'monitor' section for your TV if you want to use anything other than cloned screens. Could be wrong - I've not got a TV in my room to test it with.
