Nvidia help!!!!

I'm kinda upset about this problem . Currently i just went from Suse Linux to Fedora and for some reason when i turn off my x server and try to install my video card driver it keeps telling me that my x server is on.

When i check the log it says:

What are you doing to turn it off? Try a method where you are booting up without using X, like single user mode or init 3. Here are some instructions:

ok, I have a similair problem, except it tells me the drivers are already installed, plus I get the splash screen. I have also changed driver "nv" to "nvidia".

And here you see the output of 3Ddiag, if the drivers are installed why do I get a failed here??

My Gforce 256 DDR is AGP, must I define it like PCI or something wierd and strange like that?? Do I have to modify the cards file??

Any suggestions or tips are welcome :)

Thanx again and see you around guys!!
