What advice would you like? You don't tell us what version/distro of Linux you're using, but the nVidia site has instructions on how to load drivers.

Typically, you make the file executable ("chmod 755 *.run"), then type in "./filename.run". Replace the filename, obviously, with whatever the name of the file is. Press ENTER.

Gigabyte GA-E350N hasnt got an nVidia GPU in the chipset, its an AMD chipset with AMD video.

*edit- and if you do have an nVida card installed, its always a good idea to list your distro and version. Its IMO better and generally easier to install the drivers from your distros repos.

Then dont try installing the nVidia drivers, they wont work with AMD GPUs/IGPs/APUs.
