Seen this many years ago, for me it was an issue with the version of OpenGL. You'll notice in the screenshot for the "Rendering Backend" you are using OpenGL-2, hit the drop down menu and try OpenGL-3 if it's available.

I have never owned an Nvidia Optimus system. As the first of those last two screenshots suggest you have an Optimus system.
Theoretically, when using compiz the software (Prime/BumbleBee) should switch from the integrated (on chip) graphics to the discrete (Nvidia) graphics for the better 3D rendering. Hopefully someone with an Optimus system can offer some tips, but from my perspective, this is an issue with Prime.

EDIT: It's possible the integrated graphics are better with OpenGL-2 and the discrete graphics are better with OpenGL-3. So when there is no need for the discrete graphics and the operating system is using the integrated graphics which can't handle OpenGL-3.

Although you are blaming compiz I suspect it is actually related to the graphics card and driver. Please post the output of
Code:
lspci -vxx | grep -20 VGA
so we can see what GPUs are actually installed and the drivers in use.

Optimus manager? I am not familiar with that, and it certainly is out of place. You have a prime config, not optimus with those 2 GPUs.
I would like to see exactly which nvidia packages are installed.
Please post
Code:
 dnf list installed '*nvidia*'
Also are you running wayland or xorg?. I suspect xorg since the nvidia driver is active.
