NVIDIA driver latest.txt

Does anyone know who maintains this repository
because on 2019-07-23 08:18 seems they screwed it up. after reading the latest.txt
Contacting the devs at NVIDA has been a journey in it's self.

Seems the ones that reply in forums do not read English well. or
just do not understand the issue.

Does any one know why you would have a latest.txt that doesn't point to the latest driver.
