Number of threads crossed 2000


Top command shows 2210 sleeping process not sure whether i should be concerned
top - 09:50:25 up 50 days, 28 min, 1 user, load average: 0.01, 0.15, 0.15
Tasks: 2211 total, 1 running, 2210 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie

what are those process ?

you can get a list with

Code:
ps -e f
that is f not -f ( <dash>f )

it is going to be a big list, so pipe it to more/less

Code:
ps -e f | less
or put in a file

Code:
ps -e f > process_list.txt

i see all sshd process

it would be a good idea if you described what the purpose of this gnu/linux install is

is it some kind of server?

Not really but sometimes i do get memory 100% alert
