Post NTLM request is blocked by squid proxy server....

Hi guys ,
We are using CRM server. when i try to put the hostname of CRM server it puts up an errror message .
"HTTP Error 401 -Unauthorized: Access is denied"

When i saw the /var/log/squid/access.log .... i am getting this error ,

1346950548.393 48 TCP_MISS/401 378 GET - DIRECT/ text/plain
1346950665.433 20 TCP_MISS/401 378 GET - DIRECT/ text/plain
