ntfs support not showing


hallo today i installed a kernal model so i can have ntfs support on my fedora 3 but when i go to mnt/ thorw konqueror i cant see the folder windows but if i use the terminal in root or just with a regular user i can see it.... what is the problem? please help

Wow. One sentence. My head is spinning. So you "installed" the kernel module. Did you "insmod ntfs.[k]o"? Or did you just place it in /lib/modules? What is /proc/filesystems showing? Do you get an error when attempting to mount it in Konquerer?

Also check the output of 'lsmod' for the module you installed
