Hi,
I have try to install ns2 using cygwin but it failed to install the tcl8.4.18.

the error is "tcl8.4.18 make failed! Exiting ..."

Hope you can help me, please.

Tcl8.4.18 is the first essential program to be compiled :
Errors are usually caused by : missing make, gcc, "xorg development" files.

Which OS are you using ? A Linux OS ? Cygwin ?
