nr.4 IRDA

i`ve got laptop with bild-in IRDA.
how can i get it run with my mobile phone (infrared)???
how can i set it all, what software i need, what alse??

I don't know the first thing about IRDA (or laptops for that matter) but when I gave google "linux irda" it gave me this:

If you feed your package manager IRDA maybe it'll tell you what to install.

i`m using Vector Linux, so it has GSLAPT Package Manager and it is just a HOLE.
it gives nothing for all that i searched, except firefox!!

i already tryed google, and that link. i installed IrDA-Utils.
how i can run them?
are there software for linux like Nokia PC Suite or Oxygen...
how i can make infrared connection from my laptop to my nokia mobile phone????
