Not successfully creating a desktop shortcut

I can use the terminal to cd to /bin/usr and then type Frostwire and it runs.
When I type

sudo ln -s /bin/usr/Frostwire/ /home/ramzi/Desktop/

it makes a Frostwire shortcut on my desktop but the link is broken

you seem to have got the path wrong (and added a trailing slash). Also you should not use sudo for this. Try:
ln -s /usr/bin/Frostwire /home/ramzi/Desktop/
Finally, you would normally make a link to a .desktop file not the executable itself. You may find it in /usr/share/applications/Frostwire.desktop
