check the link of mirrorlist for addons with your master server or the slave server in which ever its working fine

there is some issue with the mirrorlist of addons according to the error

Could not retrieve mirrorlist error was
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (110, 'Connection timed out')>
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: addons. Please verify its path and try again
you said all other commands for yum are working
so I asked to do
yum --disablerepo addons
