Welcome kirandhobale,

In addition to a mail user client such as mail, Mail, and mailx (daemons which are typically running on the operating system) you will need to configure a delivery agent such as procmail, getmail, or fetchmail (among many other options, or you could write your own). After that, individual systems will typically need some minor tinkering from the command line to assimilate the software with the operating system and any third party mail server hosts. Let me know how it goes.
