Question No sound, RealTek ALC650, Redhat 8.0

I'm a Noob

i have a MSI MotherBoard with a RealTek ALC650 sound chip. When KDE and Gnome, when my Redhat .8.0 System starts it shows an error about the sound server. I think i may need a different driver???

Please help!!
