Unhappy no software center?


Im running fuduntu, and cant find the software center. though there is an add/remove programs app, there is no software in it. Im wondering if there is another way to access a software center, like through a website or something.

thanks brian. ubuntu gives me video tear, and linux mint doesnt boot properly for me. I guess ill try fedora

Fuduntu's dead. See this article. Change to Mint or Fedora, or any other distro you want.

Also, Software Centre is not a universal application. Some distros install it by default, while others have it in their repositories, but thankfully, do not install it. In which case, anyone who wants it must install it themselves.
