I am getting this error when I try to start X.
I tried Xconfigurator, but it is either not present or is not working.

Any info on how to get it to work ?

What is your MB configuration. And did you install nvidia drivers for the AGP card??
And what is your distro. This is because old distro's don't support newer cards.

well I had redhat 7.3
X wasn't running on it. and I noticed that it didn't support UDMA.

So I upgraded redhat to 9.
X still wont run.

So i downloaded new Nvidia drivers.
And X worked.
Thanks for the help.

One more question.
Do I need to reinstall all the drivers for version 9.
Like modem and soundcard etc.
