No Repositories Available to Set Up.Nothing to Do
 
Hi,
I'm learning Linux for my RHCE, for that i've installed the RHEL5 server edition for 32-bit x86,and in installlation process i didn't check the software develepment and web server option ,and my installation works fine ,but there is some problem when i try to use Yum for installation like the following

Loading "rhnplugin" plugin
This system is not registered with RHN.
RHN support will be disabled.

I know i haven't created any repo in yum.repos.d,just tell me how can i create my mysql repo and others

sounds like you are using RHEL5 with out redhat network support and this is illegal but there are ways to get and you need to work around that
but with out rhn support you cant do any more but some ways are there
instead of using rhn repositories you can use cent os repositories , I hope

I Got the CD from a REDHAT authorized center and i can't able to find the CD key during the installation too ,

I thought Linux is open source and how come it's illegal

Open source does not always mean free. In the case of RHEL, there is a free clone (CentOS) which is built using the RHEL source code.

What you pay for with RHEL is support (this includes the redhat network mentioned earlier)

If you bought the CD, I'm sure they will be able to give you the CD key.

Most Linux distros are available free---go to http://distrowatch.com for a description of each one.
