Cool No playback

Well here is another person who try to find his steps in the Linux-World.

I have, like all of us, a question:

I can hear sound from CD with many players, I can hear Radio from the Internet with REALPLAYER, I can hear the noises from system (KDE / SUSE LINUX 9.3), all this is very wonderfull, but:
If I record the sound from the Internet-radio with KRecord or quRecord, what works very well, save it as '.wave' -file and try it to play with this or that player, the players show that they are playing my file, even with virtualisation, but i am allways unable to hear a single note.
Also if I burn the file to a Music-CD, and try it to play then.

So, I wonder if there will be someone out there, who can explain me my mistake and what to do.

Anyway : Thank you !!

I have never used krecord or anything of the type, but there should be a setting in there to control the device you are recording from. I would try playing with some of the settings.
