I would say all Redhat offerings are commercial, and are open source. There is no contradiction here.

Philosophical considerations aside, if you want it from Redhat, go to the Redhat site and find the high-availability product. If you want it for free, Centos or Scientific Linux might help; for Centos 5 for example, a howto is available http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Ha-Drbd.
