No Mouse Detection in SuSE 9.0

My mouse was working correctly, except for the scroll wheel.

So when I attempted to set it to detect the proper mouse, the mouse stopped working.

Now I can't get it to work on SuSE at all, but it still works fine on windows.

I just got SuSE two days ago and don't know how to work my way around it without a mouse.

If yes, go (as root) to yast2 > hardware > Select Mouse Model and choose back.
