No internet in Fedora 2
I have just installed Fedora 2 on my Dell but I can't access the internet. I have a cable modem connected to a Linksys router. I also have a Mac on this network [where I'm writing this e-mail] and it has no problem connecting. I have tried checking my network config and it's active, set to dhcp and to retrieve an ip address automatically. I can also access my router thru the browser so I'm a bit confused.
How can I fix this? |
you might have the firewall turned on but no permission. go to "system setting", "security level", activate www, ftp, and smtp. that's how i fixed it
