no initial console after reiser4

hi, i've made new Reiser4 partition, compiled kernel with reiser4 support, edited fstab, moved whole system (cp -xvfa) to new partition, but i'm not able to boot! i thought i made kernel bad, but i think not, i've tried to compile the whole thing 3times (ckolivas patch) but with no success. The same kernel is booting with no problem into ReiserFS, Reiser4 partition is accessible, fsck.reiser4 checked, i can't see any problem. I tried to compile the kernel without initrd.img, because with it the boot process ended after
"Warning: unable to open an initial console" , that is estim. 7th line.
Here is part of kern.log

I got the same issue after doing about the same things.Didn't bother to do something abnout it so far since it doesn't do anything to the box besides at startup.Did you also copy the dev and proc directories? AFAIK you shouldn't copy those.

Talking workin!!!

its working, its working, ITS WORKING!!!

i ran mkfs.reiser4 the partition. so like format. start all over.
1)fsck.reiser4 /dev/hdb4
2)mkdir /reiser4
3)mount -t reiser4 /dev/hdb4 /reiser4
4)cp -adpv /boot /reiser4
5)copied /bin /boot /etc /dev /home /lib /opt /root /sbin /sbin /usr /var
6)forgot (not now) /proc
7)NOT mkdir /proc /sys
8)changed fstab (/dev/hdb4 / reiser4)
9)in LILO (fucking GRUB with REISER4 not even worked, but screwed my win partition) (my fault))
root=/dev/hdb4 (instead of hdb1)
10)shutdown -r now
11)few errors, but no "Warning: unable to open an initial console."
so system working
12)mkdir /proc (i forgot formerly)
13)mkdir /sys
FINISH

it didn`t work as posted for me either..but just for laughs I tried cp -adpv /proc /reiser4 and cp -adpv /sys /reiser4...and wouldnt ya know the damn thing works with no error messages at all.../proc got hung on the ASPI interface..but I`m not seeing any weirdness so far..
