No DOSUTILS on install disk????

Having use PCs and Macs since 1988 I wanted to install linux on a Toshiba Libretto. Reading online gave me the idea to use RH7.2. I went to linuxISO.org. I found 5 disks and downloaded the iso's and burned the disks. (Alpha 2002.06.27) In following the directions specific to a Libretto I can not seem to find on any of the disks I burned a DOSUTILS directory.

It is my understanding that I must do this to boot. I must be missing a bootable disk. Any Ideas?

What directories do you see on the 1st CD. If you do not see this directory then it is either the wrong ISO, bad download or the CD did not burn correctly. What are the specfic instructions for the Libretto?

The dosutils are there for creating a boot floppy and resizing FAT32 partitions.

They did not have that folder. I downloaded 5 disks. (www.linuxiso.org) They list five disks I have NO idea what they do. However I began to search around and found a 4 disk download two of the disks are named disc1-i386. When I burned them all Disc one had these files.

The Libretto uses the PCMCIA for floppy or external CD. So I pulled the drive and was told to copy the disks to a c:\linux directory. Then edit an autoboot file and it would launch the installation. (http://www.anarchysoftware.com/syste...to/redhat6.htm)

Now I am in the process of copying the two disks that have the i386 name. I am not sure what the other disks do yet. Nor do I have a clue to what the 5 disks I downloaded earlier do.

Any ideas?

Missing Images

I am now doing the installation. I am at the screen device /dev/hda1 does not appear to contain redhat cdrom images. It wants me to enter a directory. I have an IMAGES directory on the harddrive c:/linux/images/

I am stuck. Do I need to copy all 4 disks to the HD?
