Are you sure the repository is active and you are able to install repair packages.

I think more info is in order, before anyone can help you. Is this a problem that has occurred since you installed Fedora, or did it just start happening at some time after that? Can you have a look in the log for X.org (usually something like /var/log/Xorg.0.log) and see if there are any errors? You'll need to log in via one of the virtual terminals to do this - hit Ctrl-Alt-F1 to get to one. Once you've logged in you can use "less" to view the file.
