Fedora 11 - Leonidas - It's release date was 2009-06-09 and End-of-life date was 2010-06-25
Are you sure the repository is active and you are able to install repair packages.

Fedora 20 is here. Are you not thinking about being updated?

Fedora is very stable and runs great.

The new installer "Anaconda" is easy to work with.

I think more info is in order, before anyone can help you. Is this a problem that has occurred since you installed Fedora, or did it just start happening at some time after that? Can you have a look in the log for X.org (usually something like /var/log/Xorg.0.log) and see if there are any errors? You'll need to log in via one of the virtual terminals to do this - hit Ctrl-Alt-F1 to get to one. Once you've logged in you can use "less" to view the file.
