No connection on boot

Hi.

I'm using Fedora 22 and I'm new to Linux but I can't get it right that my wired connection runs at boot time together with my VPN.
I somehow managed it with
Code:
$ nm-connection-editor
that manual activation of my wired connection is triggering my VPN connection too.
Which configuration file(s) can I look up to edit my network and boot settings manually?

Greetings.

[UPDATE]

Here's some output of
Code:
$ journalctl -b

Your NM configuration files live in /etc/NetworkManager/, and it is possible to automate the VPN connection process using a dispatcher script in /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/

Here's some examples to get the basic idea
