No Aplication menu

I am unable to see Application menu on the top please help.

We need a little more information, please. What distribution, version and desktop are you using?

What is the name of the application for which you need a menu? Firefox? Thunderbird? LibreOffice...?

Assuming a gnome like desktop

right click the panel >> 'Add to panel'
then select something that looks like it could be the application menu you are after
