No action associated with cupswrapper.rpm

I have been having this trouble for awhile. I am trying to install the "cupswrapperMFC5410CN-1.0.0-1.i386.rpm" for my printer. It says there is no action associated with it.
When I go to the Associate application menu I simply have no idea what to do.

Could someone perhaps help me and explain this to me. I tried installing AVG but couldn't either.

Also, when I go to a terminal and type #cupswrapper.....rpm I get the output "command not found".
I then type #rpm cupscupswrapper.....rpm or
#rpm -all cupscupswrapper.....rpm

It displays a whole of of stuff.

Could someone please tell me how to install this?
