Red face NIC not detecting


Hi all,

I installed RHEL 4 on my desktop,it installed sucessfully.But wen i tried to configure card its not detecting.

wen gave ifconfig eth start

realtek semiconductor .... unknown device.....
my network card i realtek RTL8168C/8111C(P) PCI-E Gigabyte Ethernet NIC

I tried GUI mode also..this device is not showing ..some 8139 & 8136 Fast ethernet is coming... but this device is not showing.. plz help me.. its urgent...

Did you modprobe r8168?
