NIC at mandrake


Dear Gurus,

May i have clear diredtion of how to install & conf. a SURECOM NIC in linux mandrake(7.1)

Whew! Mandrake 7.1 is ancient my friend. You'd be better off upgrading your distro first (9.2 is on the brink of release), then from there you'll need to give us a bit more info on the device. As root open up a console (the thing that looks like an old DOS screen) and type:
lspci (LSPCI lowercase)
And post up the results.
