i was install NFS server , i can put permission by ip and subnet,
but my questions is
i need to give permission by his name

NFSv3 mounting is historically based on ip details, but note that the filesystem mounted is still fully posix compliant, so with effective device control they are still only abel to access files to which their group has system permission.

for the user level access you want though, you can use additional features in NFSv4.
