The bit in red looks fishy to me ... not exported?

I tried putting export on /home/<user> directory but same error.
Files : /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny have no entry.

the hosts.allow and hosts.deny has no entry without hash.

Are you sure that portmap is running?
