Question nForce Driver question

What is a Source RPM? I go to nvidia's website to download my nForce drivers and i see Source RPM and Kernal Tar. Do ineed them both or do i just need to install the RPM. I'm Running RedHat Enterprise WS version 3 and this is going to be my first install.

The source rpm is the drivrer source. Mabye you better actually read the instructions and "README" on nvidias site since they clearly explain both of these packages and what they are for?
