Unhappy Nexos Illuminated Keyboard on Ubuntu Karmic


Hello,
I have just purchased the Nexus Illuminated Keyboard which illuminates when I press the scroll lock on Windows XP.I am dual booting with Ubuntu Karmic and unfortunately the keyboard fails to illuminate when pressing the Scroll Lock can any help with this problem would be much appreciated.

I noticed that pressing scroll lock does not cause the scroll lock light to come on on the keyboard in Linux (it worked in Windows but still did not serve any purpose, either).
