Newbie Questions (thinking about Suse 9.1)

Hello,
I'm looking into buying Suse 9.1 Personal when it comes out on May. Can I install it on 2 machines, or only on 1? Also, I have two hard drives, primary is a 160gb with XP on it, slave is a 40gb with nothing on it. I want to install Linux on the slave partition, is it possible? Or will it try to install itself on the primary? The processor I have is an AMD Athlon 950mhz with 384 megs or RAM, will it run smoothly on it, or sluggish? Thanks!

You can install it on a thousand machines if you wish. It can be installed on a slave partition. And it plays quite nicely along side Window on the same machine. A 950 with 384 in RAM should have no trouble running SuSE. You could download the Live Eval for 9.0 and see how it works for you, but I doubt you will have any problems with the system running SuSE.

Oh, and welcome to LQ. :)

Thanks Pcghost! That was a fast response to this thread. :) I'll go see how that Live Eval is like. Thanks again!
