Question New warning message during boot up

I am using Ubuntu 10.10 on an HP Pavilion dv6000. The last two times I've booted the computer I have gotten the following message which ends with a warning. I have proceeded with the boot and the computer seems to be operating well but I am wondering if I should be concerned.
Message:
Phoenix Bios 4.0 Rel. 6.1
BIOS ver F.25
CPU AND Turion 64x2...
CPU Stepping = B3 1600 MHz BSP 2 CPU's detected
959M system ram passed
512kb L2 cache
System Bios shadowed
Video Bios Shadowed
ATAPI CD ROM...
Fixed Disk 0 ST9120821AS
Mouse initialized
ERROR:
0271: Check date and time settings
WARNING:
System CMOS check sum bad - default configuration used
F1 to continue F? settings

Advice would be appreciated
