new user limitations


i just created a new user

i want to know how i can limit what the user can and cannot do

how can i do this?

Define the word "limit" - do you mean access to particular directories, ability to edit files, control over which websites he/she can visit, etc??? If it comes down to permissions on a given box, probably the best thing to do is set up a group, define the privs for that group, then assign that new user to that group. -- J.W.
