New user cant log on
 

Hi guys i know nothing about linux so go easy on me:-)

I am running red hat 8
there is a script on your server to add a new user
which it seems to be doing fine.

But when it comes to loggin (on a windows server)
it comes up saying please check domain and pa)ssword

but i know both 100% that the domain is right because i can loggon fine ussing another accouant

so i changed the passwd
on the server
and yes there is a trust accouant
with a smbpasswd

and tried again but still got the same error
the thing is i used the script last week and it worked fine is there some kind of max users that can connect or something??
