The fact that you posted this would indicate that you CAN Post comments. Or did you mean the spam-comment you posted to that closed, four-year-old thread, linking to your website? The one that was reported for spam/advertising? Yes, you need a certain number to post links...so you posted another comment saying "Nice".

There is not advertising allowed in threads, however you may use the Contact Us to contact the forum administrators to request information about how to advertise.

Please do not attempt to advertise in threads again.
