Hi there,
I am new to Linux and I would like some guides or tutorials.

Your question is pretty broad. Perhaps try the "Tutorials" section (see tab above). There are tons of tutorials and how-to articles all about the Internet, but in addition LQ you may want to check The Linux Documentation Project

1. Learn how to spell: it's Linux.
or are you trying to be funny?
2. You can find Tutorials on the Main Menu. Just click on... wait for it... Linux Tutorials

No I wasn't, It was an honest mistake.
By the way, try to learn how to spell neighbors !!!

Careful, it's a quote. Also, I suspect that JDK would spell it "neighbours". ;-)

Please evo2, let's not be bouring. but yes, I would spell it with the "u". Deutsch taught at MIT, Yale, Harvard, etc. so I suppose he picked up the American spelling at work.
@luibil Sorry, I should have written "....neighbors[sic]" but some might find that a tad pedantic.
