New problem! Trying to set up a LVM in kubuntu. go to reboot upsplash failed.

Alright, all I was doing is trying to configure my two extra hard drive in Kubuntu to be one LVM, and having problems. Which is another issure.

I rebooted.

Grub loads and I see my bootscreen which does NOTHING. So I enter verboce mode and see.

upsplash: Setting more 1920x1440 failed
upsplash: Setting more 1600x1200 failed
upsplash: Using mode 1280x1024

Then it sits with a blinking cursor.

I have NEVER seen this problem before. I have a radion 9600 and two 21" Diamond Pros.

I normally one 1920x1440.

What is the DEAL. This is just a NEVERENDING source of problems!! ugh..

Wait, it just booted into something called BusyBox 1.1.3.

I'm getting damn tired of re-installing Kubuntu!!
