The tutorials here at LQ? Have you tried clicking on Tutorials at the top of this page? Takes you to a page with a number of options.

Welcome to the forum!
As stated, there is a link at the top of the page, and another link on the right hand side of the screen under the Main Menu entitled Linux Tutorials. Also, there are many other sources for linux tutorials (video, written ...etc) if you just do a quick internet search. Some are better than others but if your a newbie all exposure helps.
You will have fun and learn a ton with a little patience.
