New Fonts instalaltion in Linux

I am new to Linux; I have just got a EeePC loaded with Linux and uses Firefox as browser. I need help/guidance on how to install new fonts. Could someone guide me, please?

I am guessing you are using the stock Xandros OS?

Hi.If you are using KDE you can right click on the file and select install.

There is no option to install if right click on the .ttf file.

Right click -> actions -> install
