Help - I am am a programmer. I have an established Windows network.
(Three machines + Internet Access) Two XP Pro - One Naaf Mad riva . Need
a simple answer - Mad riva can it talk and print to a windows network.

My internet link is about at its monthly limit. ( 40 Gig), Used by Mad riva software update(3.5 Giga ???). ( I Want the same on Unix as I have on Windows C++ on a networked system).

(There used to a joke about Unix(1981) systems when I worked On VMS -
"Whats the print command Today ? - SAMBA? - ".

Sorry - I have been four days(24 hrs) at this.

I think he means the Mandriva linux distribution. Yes, it can talk to and print to a windows network. Yes, it uses samba to do the communication.
