Networking and music

Hi,
I am trying to do 2 things at once. First I am setting up all the computers on the network. I have more or less achieved this. I am using the modem as the router. I have found all the Ips etc.
What is causing me great problems is that I want to be able to send music to the HiFi, which is visible on the network, from one of the computers. I want to send it when I want (i.e choose if I send it) from any source on my computer. You tube internet or file.
Is this possible? If so can you help and explain what steps I need to do.
Thanks
Simon

Hopefully the manual explains what protocols like DLNA or media servers are supported. From there you can install a Linux media server with your music to be played on the Hifi. There are several like Kodi and plex.
