Network XP and Debian etch

Hi guys, help this Linux novice network XP computer with a Debian etch computer; I have two computers (XP and Debian etch) connected with a hub; My XP is wireless and receives a IP through a D-Link router (who is doing DHCP); this XP computer has also another internet wireled interface connecting him to a PC with Debian etch. These two PCīs XP ping to each other through the network cards whose IPīs Iīve assigned manually. BUT canīt access internet with this configuration. The question (I hope sbd will answer) is: How to configure this network? -(Xp is already accessing internet with the IP assigned from D-Link). My broadband ISP has assigned DNSīs manually, so Iīd to set them manually -into wireless card in windows XP. I think it is a very silly question but worth me very much. Any answer are well coming.

Thanks,

Why not just connect both machines to the router?

Why not just connect both machines to the router?

1) My router is a very poor d-link router, with a single outlet to a network -and this is connected to a wireless adapter; 2) I use my hub to interface others devices -actually (sic) a ATA, debian and XP both mentioned in this thread. So, I want to keep the given configuration. Hope sbd can help me.
Thanks
