Network problem in Fedora 10

The network card which is working good with both winxp and fedora10 suddenly stopped working with fedora10. It is working with winxp, alright. When i go to administration/network/, it is showing the etho device. I activated it. yet i see the web page loading problem. Is it a problem with the browser? (if so, problem is with Opera browser also) or with the hardware? Thanks in advance
