Network error

Hello

Whenever I try to open the software store I am told there is a network error.

This happens with all sections: starterpage; internet; music etc.

Now I know there is nothing wrong with the network; I can do everything else that requirers it.

Can you tell me what is going on here ?

Regards

Peter.

Which distro are you using? Is the software store a GUI application? Can you provide a screenshot?

Hello Berndbausch

I'm afraid I can't give you any of the required information.

Which Deepinversion I'm using can probably be found on my computer, but I've looked and couldn't find it.

I don't know what a GUI application is.

I've included a screenshot, but I don't see how that is going to be of any use.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.

Thanks
Peter.

in the bottom right-hand corner of your desktop there is an exclamation point (!) over what appears to be your network connection icon. can you right-click on that to see if it gives you more information?

Well, I hoped for a screenshot that shows which program you use and what the error looks like.

The screenshot shows the deepin application store and the message as displayed is network error. deepin is based on debian and would guess the repositories in your sources list are unavailable. I am unfamiliar with deepin and as posted the icon with the exclamation point might provide a clue.
