Hi,

I am having the same problem with my Sager laptop with the Realtek RTL-8139, but couldn't find the "lcfg-eth0 file. Is it different in Fedora? I have already done a full re-install of Fedora 7, and just got a distro of Fedora 8 with the same results. How are we supposed to troubleshoot something like this when the Network config GUI says the NIC exists, calls it by name but nothing changes when I try to activate it?

I appreciate any help, even if it is an admonishment to "RTFM" if you would be so kind as to direct me to the appropriate "FM".

Thanks,
David
