Hm, and I have "dnsmasq: failed to bind listening socket for 192.168.0.2: Adress already in use" on linux boot.

A shot in the dark here, but is this an onboard ethernet or a pci card. My machine does not like the onboard ethernet and has to have a pci card. In my bios I have the onboard shut off and I still have to use eth1 to get it to work right. It still tries to see the onboard as eth0 even disabled.

Hmm, I have onbord ethernet card. I think that it's not a problem with that coz about 6-8 months ago the same pc with linux on it was working network between two PC in lan.

I just can't understand why doesn't it work now
